Common Questions
What are the requirements to enter the program?
The main requirement is having participated in at least 2 FloreSiendo retreats before starting the training. This allows us to get to know you, assess your readiness, and ensure you understand our approach. If you have prior experience with other organizations, we can consider it on a case-by-case basis.
How is progress evaluated in the training?
Unlike attendance-only programs, we use competency-based assessment. We measure your development across the 6 facilitator competencies through role-play, progressive supervised practice (from support to lead), and structured feedback. Recognition as a trained facilitator requires demonstrating mastery in at least 5 of the 6 competencies.
What happens if I'm not ready to facilitate by the end?
Safety is our priority. If we identify areas that need more development, we offer additional supervised practice cycles and personalized mentoring. We do not recognize anyone as a trained facilitator who has not demonstrated the competencies needed to facilitate safely.
How long is the complete training?
The 7 cycles (0 through 6) are spread over 12-18 months, with 2-4 weeks of integration between each cycle. This spacing allows for personal practice, biweekly online follow-up sessions, and deep assimilation of learning.
What is the group size?
We maintain cohorts of maximum 10-12 participants to ensure personalized attention and safety. Online follow-up sessions between cycles have 7-9 people with an assigned mentor.
Are there continuing education requirements?
Yes, as part of our alumni network, we recommend 16 annual hours of continuing education. We offer advanced workshops, peer supervision, and optional specializations to maintain and deepen your competencies.
Are there payment options?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans from 3 to 12 months. We also have a limited number of partial scholarships for committed individuals who need them. Ask about available options.
